摘要
目的:明确民族地区体育教师职业倦怠的影响因素及其内在作用机制。方法:本研究采用职业倦怠量表、组织支持感量表、教学效能感量表及情绪劳动量表对1033名民族地区体育教师进行调查。结果:①职业倦怠均与组织支持感、教学效能感和情绪劳动呈现显著负相关(r=-0.530,-0.519,-0.644;P<0.001),组织支持感与教学效能感和情绪劳动之间呈现正相关(r=0.398,0.466;P<0.001),教学效能感和情绪劳动之间呈现正相关(r=0.487;P<0.001);②教学效能感与情绪劳动分别在组织支持感对职业倦怠的影响中起部分中介作用,占总效应的比值分别16.15%、25.90%;③组织支持感可以通过教学效能感和情绪劳动组成链式中介间接影响体育教师职业倦怠,占总效应的比值为11.32%。结论:组织支持感对职业倦怠的影响不仅限于直接效应,还能通过提升教学效能感和调节情绪劳动这两个独立的中介路径,以及它们联合的链式中介效应,间接影响职业倦怠。
Objective:Clarify the influencing factors and internal mechanisms of physical education teachers'burnout.Methods:In this study,1033 physical education teachers were surveyed using the Burnout Scale,the Organizational Support Scale,the Teaching Effectiveness Scale,and the Emotional Labor Scale.Results:①Burnout was associated with organizational support,There was a significant negative correlation between teaching efficacy and emotional labor(r=-0.530,-0.519,-0.644;P<0.001),a positive correlation between organizational support and teaching effectiveness and emotional labor(r=0.398,0.466;P<0.001),and a positive correlation between teaching efficacy and emotional labor(r=0.487;P<0.001);②Teaching efficacy and emotional labor played a partial mediating role in the impact of organizational support on burnout,accounting for 16.15%and 25.90%of the total effect,respectively;③Organizational support could indirectly affect physical education teachers'burnout through the chain mediation of teaching efficacy and emotional labor,accounting for 11.32%of the total effect.Conclusion:The impact of organizational support on burnout is not only the direct effect,but also indirectly affects burnout through two independent mediating pathways,namely improving teaching effectiveness and regulating emotional labor,as well as their combined chain mediating effect.
