摘要
加快推进健康学校建设是践行健康中国战略、推进学校卫生与健康教育工作的关键举措,为培养青年学生健康心理与强健体魄提供重要保障。高校承担着为国家提供坚实人才保障和健康支撑的职责使命,是健康学校建设的重要阵地。在高等教育领域,健康学校建设的推进存在健康治理碎片化、健康教育体系不健全、校医院服务水平不高、大学生定期体检制度缺失等方面的现实困境。已有国内外高校健康学校的建设方向主要集中于治理体系、教育体系和服务体系的构建与完善,为分析高校健康学校建设提供了现实基础。通过解构高校健康学校建设的多维张力,我国在加快高等教育领域健康学校建设方面应当注重建立健全高校健康治理体系、完善高等学校健康教育体系、建立数字化全覆盖的高校健康管理体系、提升高校校园医疗保障体系,推动创建绿色文明健康安全的校园环境。在“制度创新-场景重构-能力迭代”三位一体的健康促进范式下,为教育现代化进程中健康治理效能提升提供理论支撑与实践路径。
Accelerating the construction of healthy schools is a key initiative for practicing the strategy of Healthy China and advancing the work of school hygiene and health education,which provides an important guarantee for cultivating young students'healthy mentality and strong physique.Colleges and universities bear the responsibility and mission of providing solid talent guarantees and health support for the country,which is an important position for the construction of healthy schools.In the field of higher education,the promotion of the construction of healthy schools is plagued by the fragmentation of health governance,the inadequacy of the health education system,the low level of service of school hospitals,and the lack of regular medical checkups for college students.The direction of the construction of healthy schools in colleges and universities at home and abroad has been mainly focused on the construction and improvement of the governance system,education system and service system,offers a realistic basis for analyzing healthy school construction in higher education.By deconstructing the multi-dimensional tension in the construction of healthy schools in colleges and universities,China should focus on the establishment of a sound health governance system in colleges and universities,the improvement of the health education system in colleges and universities,the establishment of a digital health management system in colleges and universities,the enhancement of the medical security system in colleges and universities,and the promotion of the creation of a green,civilized,healthy and safe campus environment.The trinity health promotion paradigm of“system innovation-scene reconstruction-capability iteration”,provides theoretical support and practical paths for improving the effectiveness of health governance in the process of education modernization.
