拉曼光谱定量分析技术在化工过程的应用

摘要 在线拉曼光谱分析技术具有原位分析、精度高、环境适应性好以及试样测定范围广等特点,被广泛应用于石油化工装置过程的分析。介绍了拉曼光谱的特点和优势,重点阐述了拉曼光谱定量分析流程和分析方法,综述了近期国内外拉曼光谱定量分析技术对混合气组成的分析,聚合单体浓度变化等聚合反应过程监测以及危险化学品、极性体系、结构相似物等特殊体系监测的应用进展。并对未来拉曼光谱定量分析技术的发展进行了展望。 Online Raman spectroscopy analysis technology,with its advantages of in-situ analysis,high precision,excellent environmental adaptability,and wide sample measurement range,is widely applied in process analysis in petrochemical plants.This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of Raman spectroscopy,focusing on the Raman spectroscopy quantitative analysis process and methods.The recent progress of quantitative analysis technology by Raman spectroscopy is reviewed,including its application in the analysis of mixed gas composition,monitoring of polymerization monomer concentration changes in polymerization reaction processes,and monitoring of special systems such as hazardous chemicals,polar systems,and structurally similar substances.Additionally,the future development of quantitative analysis technology by Raman spectroscopy is discussed.
