摘要
当前国内通风机叶轮超速试验主要依据JB/T 6445标准,然而该标准存在特定场合或领域的适用性局限,且试验安全性和结果有效性等方面指导不充分等问题。为解决这些问题,通过离心式和轴流式叶轮的典型案例分析,系统考察了试验过程中叶轮的受力特性。建立了特定场合或领域下的试验条件参数确定原则,对比分析了整机与单独两种超速试验模式,并研制了专用试验装置;同时提出了试验过程监测、超速后评估等具体操作指引。在提升合格率方面,基于行业经验数据的分析表明,强化叶轮自身薄弱环节是提升合格率的关键。建议采用仿真分析与制造缺陷预防控制等措施。研究证实,超速试验作为通风机质量保障的关键环节,所提方法在试验安全性、结果可靠性和合格率等方面获得显著提升。
At present,the overspeed test of fan impeller in China is mainly based on JB/T 6445 standard.However,this standard has some problems,such as limited applicability in specific situations or fields,insufficient guidance on test safety and result effectiveness,etc.In order to solve these problems,through the analysis of typical cases of centrifugal and axial flow impellers,the stress characteristics of the impeller during the test are systematically investigated.The determination principle of test condition parameters in specific occasions or fields is established,the two overspeed test modes of complete machine and single machine are compared and analyzed,and a special test device is developed;At the same time,the specific operation guidelines of test process monitoring and overspeed post-evaluation are put forward.In terms of improving the pass rate,the analysis based on industry experience data shows that strengthening the weak link of impeller itself is the key to improve the pass rate.It is suggested to adopt simulation analysis and manufacturing defect prevention and control measures.The research proves that the overspeed test is the key link of the fan quality assurance,and the proposed method has a significant improvement in the test safety,result reliability and qualified rate.
