‘石渠’垂穗披碱草驯化选育研究

摘要 垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)是高寒草甸重要的建群物种,具有突出的经济与生态价值。然而,当前高寒地区存在优良适生栽培品种匮乏、现有品种退化等问题,尤以四川石渠县为代表的高海拔区域缺乏表现优异的乡土草种。为此,本研究以2010年从石渠县德荣马乡海拔4297m天然牧草地采集的野生垂穗披碱草种质为材料,通过系统的混合选择法,形成‘石渠’垂穗披碱草新品系,并通过品比试验、区域试验及生产试验对其适应性、抗逆性及生产性能进行全面评估。结果表明:‘石渠’垂穗披碱抗逆性极强,越冬率高,修复效率较对照显著缩短,种子产量优势显著。该品种适宜在川西高原地区开展退化草地改良与人工草地建植,对促进川西高原乡土草种业发展,巩固草原生态修复建设成效具有重要意义。 Elymus nutans Griseb.is an important community building species in alpine meadows,with outstanding economic and ecological values.However,there are currently problems such as a shortage of excellent and suitable cultivated varieties,and the degradation of existing varieties in high-altitude areas,especially in Shiqu County,Sichuan Province,where there is a lack of localized varieties with excellent performance.To this end,this study used wild Elymus nutans germplasm as materials,which collected from a natural grassland at an altitude of 4297m in Dema Township,Shiqu County in 2010.Through a systematic mixed selection method,a new strain of Elymus nutans was developed,and its adaptability,stress resistance,and production performance were comprehensively evaluated through comparative experiments,regional experiments,and production experiments.The results showed that Elymus nutans'Shiqu'has extremely strong stress resistance,high overwintering rate,significantly reduced restoration efficiency compared to the control,and significant advantages in grass and seed yield.This variety is suitable for planting in the western Sichuan Plateau region,and can be used for natural grassland improvement and artificial grassland construction.It is of great significance for promoting the development of local grass industry in the western Sichuan Plateau and consolidating the effectiveness of grassland ecological restoration and construction.
