摘要
国门生物安全治理作为加强学生理解海关管理基本理论和掌握海关业务技术的核心课程,传统学用脱节的教学模式难以适应数智时代下行业特色高校人才培养模式的变革需求。基于成果导向教育(Outcome-based Education,OBE)理念,本文提出将虚拟仿真实验平台融入国门生物安全治理教学过程,构建“项目驱动+虚拟实验”的教学模式。通过可视化技术模拟口岸作业过程,支持学生利用碎片化时间开展自主预习与互动学习,有效弥补实验课时的不足。以基础、进阶和综合三阶段实验项目,重构考核评价体系,将学生能力培养贯穿课程教学全过程,强化实践育人效果,为行业特色高校的教学改革提供创新路径。
As an essential core course for enhancing students'comprehension of fundamental customs management theories and mastery of customs operational techniques,the border biosecurity governance course faces challenges in traditional teaching models characterized by a practice-theory disconnect,which fails to meet evolving talent cultivation demands in industry-specific universities within the digital-intelligence era.Grounded in the Outcome-based Education(OBE)philosophy,this study proposes integrating a virtual simulation experimental platform into the teaching process,and establishes a"project-driven and virtual experiment-based"teaching framework.By simulating port operations through visualization technologies,the platform enables self-paced,pre-learning and interactive studies during fragmented time slots,effectively compensating for limited lab hours.The three-tiered design including foundational,advanced and comprehensive experimental projects would permeate ability cultivation throughout the course and reconstruct evaluation frameworks,amplifying practical education outcomes and providing an innovative approach for pedagogical reform in industry-specific higher education institutions.
