Intelligent construction technology and engineering practice in dam engineering

摘要 我国大坝智能建造已迈入全新发展阶段,以数字孪生、人工智能、物联网等为核心的新一代信息技术深度赋能大坝全生命周期建设和管理。分析总结了大坝智能建造技术的发展历程,阐释了智能建造的功能作用,并指出智能建造可为建设智能大坝提供高质量物理大坝本体和全生命周期数据基础,可成为发展水利新质生产力的集成载体。阐明了感知-分析-决策-馈控的智能建造技术架构,以及技术通则-集成规范-专项标准相衔接的智能建造技术标准体系,运用实际案例分析了智能温控、智能碾压、智能灌浆、智能跟踪仿真等典型智能建造技术的应用场景。基于智能大坝理念,提出未来大坝智能建造技术的发展趋势,即从典型工序突破到全要素集成、从智能监控到具身智能、从专注施工建设到全生命周期统筹,将朝着更加安全、更加绿色、更加智能的方向不断前进。 The intelligent dam construction in China has entered a new stage of development,where nextgeneration information technologies such as digital twins,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things are deeply empowering the entire lifecycle construction management of dams.This paper analyzes and summarizes the evolutionary trajectory of intelligent dam construction technologies,elucidates their functional roles,and highlights that intelligent construction can provide a high-quality physical dam foundation and a data basis for the entire lifecycle,serving as an integrated carrier for developing new quality productive forces in water conservancy.The study clarifies the intelligent construction technical framework of“perceptionanalysis-decision-feedback control”and a technical standard system linking general guidelines,integration specifications,and specialized standards.Through practical cases,it examines application scenarios of typical intelligent construction technologies,including intelligent temperature control,intelligent compaction,intelligent grouting,and intelligent tracking simulation.Based on the concept of intelligent dams,the paper proposes future development trends for intelligent dam construction technologies:advancing from breakthroughs in typical processes to full-element integration,transitioning from intelligent monitoring to embodied intelligence,and shifting focus from construction-only to whole-lifecycle coordination.These trends will drive progress toward safer,more ecologically sustainable,and more intelligent dam systems.
