摘要
智能大坝(Idam)是基于物联网、自动测控和云计算技术,实现对结构全生命周期的信息实时、在线、个性化管理与分析,并实施对大坝性能进行控制的综合系统;其基本特征是施工、监测数据智能采集进入数据库,监测数据与仿真分析一体化、施工管理和运行控制实时智能化,减少在大坝结构建设运行过程中的人为干预。论文围绕智能大坝的实时感知信息、信息处理与分析和个性驱动控制关键理论和技术等三个关键要素进行了详细论述。最后结合溪洛渡智能大坝的局部功能建设,以大体积混凝土通水换热智能温度控制为例论述了智能大坝建设实践。本文提出的智能大坝的概念、要素和实例,可指导类似智能大坝结构的设计、施工和管理。
An intelligent dam (Idam) is a structural system that intelligently integrates the Internet of things, intelligent monitoring, cloud computing and control technologies to implement real-time, online and individual management and analysis, and control of its performance during full life cycle. The characteristic functions of Idam are automatic collection of monitoring data into a database, integrated analysis of monitoring and simulation, and automation of construction management and operational performance control, hence reducing human intervention in construction and operation of dam structure. This paper focuses on a discussion on three elements of Idam, i.e. real-time perception, online driven analysis and individual control. As an example, the intelligent temperature control for a heat exchanger of mass concrete cooling has been applied to Xiluodu Idam construction. The concept, elements and examples of the Idam may be beneficial to intelligent design, construction and management of similar hydropower projects.
