摘要
文章分析了农业科研院所科技管理工作存在的问题,并结合实际情况,提出了提升能力素质、增强服务意识、搭建高水平创新平台、加强激励引导等措施和建议,为加快形成促进新质生产力发展的农业科技管理模式提供了思路。
This paper analyzes the problems in the sci-tech management of agricultural research institutes,and proposes measures and suggestions to improve their abilities and qualities,enhance their service awareness,build high-level innovation platforms,and strengthen incentive guidance based on actual situations.It provides ideas for accelerating the formation of an agricultural scientific and technological management model that promotes the development of new quality production capacity.
