摘要
从马克思政治经济学视角分析数字贸易模式下的劳动过程、价值创造和国际剩余价值分配三个方面的特点与现状,针对数字跨境平台价值创造的争议、数字生产率差异引发的国际剩余价值分配不平等问题,揭示数字贸易模式下国际贸易仍为等价不等值交换。从维护国际自由贸易、推动经济全球化出发,立足于马克思主义政治经济学视角,从推动中国数字平台企业“走出去”、协助数字技术薄弱国家的数字基础设施建设、推动包容化的数字贸易规则和强化全球数字技术合作这四个相互关联的层面,协同构建公正合理全球数字贸易治理格局,推动人类命运共同体走深走实。
From the perspective of Marxist political economy,this paper analyzes the characteristics and current status of labor process,value creation and international surplus value distribution under the digital trade model.Regarding the disputes over value creation of digital cross-border platforms and the unequal distribution of international surplus value caused by differences in digital productivity,it is revealed that international trade under the digital trade model is still an equivalent exchange but with unequal values.Starting from maintaining international free trade and promoting economic globalization,based on the perspective of Marxist political economy,we will jointly build a fair and reasonable global digital trade governance structure and promote the deepening and implementation of a community with a shared future for mankind from the four interrelated aspects of promoting Chinese digital platform companies to“go global”,assisting the construction of digital infrastructure in countries with weak digital technology,promoting inclusive digital trade rules and strengthening global digital technology cooperation.
