摘要
随着国际贸易的扩展与区域联系的加深,贸易与投资便利化成为提升效率、降低成本、吸引外资的关键。2013年9月27日,中国批准设立中国(上海)自由贸易试验区,旨在深化改革、扩大开放,并探索可复制的国际自由贸易经验。文章基于上海自贸区年度数据及文献研究,分析其贸易与投资便利化成果以及潜在的不足。针对分析所得的不足,提出上海自贸区贸易与投资便利化措施的优化建议,以期促进贸易与投资便利化进一步发展。
With the expansion of international trade and the deepening of regional connections,trade and investment facilitation has become crucial for enhancing efficiency,reducing costs,and attracting foreign investment.On September 27,2013,China approved the establishment of China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone,aiming to deepen reforms,expand opening-up,and explore replicable international free trade experience.Based on annual data and literature research on Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone,this paper analyzes its achievements in trade and investment facilitation as well as potential shortcomings.In response to the identified deficiencies,the paper proposes optimization suggestions of trade and investment facilitation measures in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone,with the aim of promoting further development of trade and investment facilitation.
