摘要
设计开发了1种双层A级浮筑隔声楼板系统,该系统可有效降低楼板的撞击噪声。系统组分微泡隔声砂浆轻质多孔,强度等级M2.5,起找平粘结及辅助隔声的作用,采用锯齿刮刀批刮黏贴A级复合保温隔声板形成条形隔声腔;A级复合保温隔声板采用聚苯板渗透无机浆料复合水泥玻纤布制成,防火等级达A2级,波形构造增加噪声反射面积,轻质柔性材质,降低撞击振动,板间玻纤布相互搭接,有效防止面层开裂。采用1.5 cm厚A级复合保温隔声板铺贴,计权标准化撞击声压级65 d B,满足GB 50118—2010《民用建筑隔声设计规范》楼地板隔声的高标准要求。
A double-layer Grade-A thermal and acoustic insulating floating floor system has been designed and developed,which can effectively reduce impact noise from floor slabs.The system components include lightweight,porous micro-bubble acoustic insulating mortar with a strength grade of M2.5,serving as a leveling,bonding and soundproofing agent.A notched trowel is used to spread and attach the Grade-A composite thermal and acoustic insulating board,forming strip-shaped acoustic insulating cavities.The Grade-A composite thermal and acoustic insulating board is made of polystyrene board infiltrated with inorganic slurry compounded with cement fiberglass cloth,achieving a fire-resistance rating of A2.Its wavy structure increases the noise reflection area,and its lightweight,flexible material reduces impact vibrations.The overlapped fiberglass cloth between the boards effectively prevents surface layer cracking.The system employs 1.5 cm thick Grade-A composite thermal and acoustic insulating board,with a standardized impact sound pressure level of 65 dB,meeting the high standard requirements for floor sound insulation as specified in GB50118-2010 Code for Design of Sound Insulation of Civil Buildings.
