摘要
目的:观察归脾汤化裁治疗老年慢性心力衰竭合并肌少症患者的疗效及对血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)水平的影响。方法:将60例老年慢性心力衰竭合并肌少症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗组在西药常规治疗基础上予归脾汤化裁口服,两组疗程均为28d。比较两组患者治疗前后的6min步行距离(6MWD)、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平、简易体能测试量表(SPPB)评分、握力及血清IGF-1水平变化。结果:治疗后两组患者NT-proBNP水平较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者6MWD、SPPB评分、握力及血清IGF-1水平较治疗前增加或升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:归脾汤化裁联合西药常规治疗可以提高老年慢性心力衰竭合并肌少症患者的疗效及血清中IGF-1水平。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of modified Guipi decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)complicated with sarcopenia and its impact on serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)levels.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with CHF complicated with sarcopenia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given oral modified Guipi decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.Both groups were treated for 28 days.The changes in 6-minute walking distance(6MWD),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level,short physical performance battery(SPPB)score,grip strength,and serum IGF-1 level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the NT-proBNP level in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The 6MWD,SPPB score,grip strength,and serum IGF-1 level in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Guipi decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment can improve the efficacy and serum IGF-1 level in elderly patients with CHF complicated with sarcopenia.
