摘要
目的分析综合化护理对老年糖尿病患者的血糖指标及心理健康状况的影响。方法选取2022年7月—2023年9月菏泽市第三人民医院收治的90例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,通过不同护理方法将其分为普护组(45例,普通护理)与分析组(45例,普通护理+综合化护理),对比两组心理指标、血糖指标、依从情况、生活质量评分。结果护理后,分析组焦虑情绪评分、血糖指标相比普护组更低,依从情况、生活质量评分比普护组高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论综合化护理有助于改善老年糖尿病患者心理问题,依从护理方案,稳控血糖指标,获得更高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing on blood sugar index and mental health of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Heze from July 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into gen-eral nursing group(45 cases,general nursing)and analysis group(45 cases,general nursing+comprehensive nursing)by different nursing methods.The psychological indexes,blood glucose indexes,compliance situation and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the anxiety score and blood glucose indexes of the analysis group were lower than those of the general nursing group,and the compliance and quality of life score were higher than the general nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compre-hensive nursing is helpful to improve the psychological problems of elderly patients with diabetes,comply with the nursing plan,stabilize the blood sugar index,and obtain higher quality of life.
