摘要
目的分析尿酸(uric acid,UA)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、C肽与2型糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法选取2021年1月-2023年6月期间胶州市中医医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,其中32例为糖尿病肾病患者,48例为单纯糖尿病患者,所有对象均接受UA、Hcy、C肽水平检验,分析UA、Hcy、C肽和2型糖尿病肾病的相关性。结果糖尿病肾病患者UA、Hcy高于单纯糖尿病,C肽低于单纯糖尿病,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。糖尿病肾病患者随着病情加重UA、Hcy水平呈升高趋势,C肽则呈明显的下降趋势,UA、Hcy水平对比,1期<2期<3a期<3b期<4期<5期,C肽水平对比,1期>2期>3a期>3b期>4期>5期,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结果显示,2型糖尿病肾病病情严重程度与UA、Hcy呈正相关关系(r=0.291,0.283,P均<0.05),与C肽呈负相关关系(r=-0.272,P<0.05)。结论UA、Hcy和2型糖尿病肾病表现为正相关,C肽与2型糖尿病肾病表现为负相关。
Objective To analyze the correlations between uric acid(UA),homocysteine(Hcy),C-peptide and type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Jiaozhou Hospital of TCM from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,including 32 patients with diabetic nephropathy and 48 patients with simple diabetes.All subjects were tested for UA,Hcy and C-peptide levels,and the correlation be-tween UA,Hcy,C-peptide and type 2 diabetic nephropathy was analyzed.Results UA and Hcy in patients with dia-betic nephropathy were higher than those in patients with simple diabetes,and C-peptide was lower than that in pa-tients with simple diabetes,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of UA and Hcy in pa-tients with diabetic nephropathy increased with the aggravation of the disease,while C-peptide showed a significant downward trend.The levels of UA and Hcy were compared,1<2<3a<3b<4<4<5,and the levels of C-peptide were compared,1>2>3a>3b>4>5,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The results showed that the se-verity of type 2 diabetic nephropathy was positively correlated with UA and Hcy(r=0.291,0.283,both P<0.05),and negatively correlated with C-peptide(r=-0.272,P<0.05).Conclusion UA,Hcy and type 2 diabetic nephropathy show a positive correlation,while C-peptide and type 2 diabetic nephropathy show a negative correlation.
