摘要
双层钢桁-混凝土组合连续梁桥上层采用钢弦杆+正交异性钢桥面板,下层采用密横梁体系的肋板式混凝土梁,结构刚度大,施工灵活多变,在双层桥建设中得到广泛应用。温州市域铁路S3线与温瑞快速路共线段跨温瑞塘河特大桥主桥为(60+100+60) m双层钢桁-混凝土组合连续梁桥,采用节段预制+早强超高性能混凝土湿接缝拼接技术施工,是目前首座公铁合建的结构类型桥梁。介绍该桥的工程概况、结构设计、整体受力情况、钢混节点局部受力情况及施工方案。主要结论如下:(1)结构整体受力满足要求,刚度较大,挠跨比为1/7 634,最大梁端转角为0.387‰rad;(2)钢混节点局部受力合理,应力集中效应不明显;(3)采用预制悬拼法施工,施工过程安全可靠,可为后续双层钢桁-混凝土组合连续梁桥建造提供参考。
The double-deck steel truss-concrete composite continuous beam bridge features an upper layer composed of steel chord and orthotropic steel bridge decks,while the lower layer utilizes ribbed concrete beams with a dense transverse beam system.This design provides great structural stiffness and flexible construction options,making it widely applicable in the construction of double-deck bridges.The main bridge of the Wenruitang River Super Major Bridge across the shared section of Wenzhou Urban Railway S3 Line and Wenrui Expressway is a(60+100+60)m double-deck steel truss-concrete composite continuous beam bridge,which is constructed by segment prefabrication+early strength ultra-high performance concrete wet joint splicing technology.It is currently the first bridge of this structural type for both road and rail traffic.This paper introduces the engineering overview,structural design,overall stress condition,local stress condition of steel-concrete nodes and construction scheme of the bridge.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall structural performance meets the requirements,exhibiting significant stiffness with a deflection-to-span ratio of 1/7634,and the maximum rotation at the beam end is 0.387‰rad;(2)The local stress conditions of the steel-concrete nodes are reasonable,with no significant stress concentration effects observed.(3)The construction method utilizing prefabrication and cantilever erection is safe and reliable,providing a reference for the future construction of double-deck steel truss-concrete composite continuous beam bridge.
