摘要 文中提出了一种评估船舶主机能效状态的方法.该方法通过对船舶能效监测系统采集的柴油机相关能效数据进行数据清洗,得到稳定工况下柴油机的转速、输出功率和油耗率数据.然后对稳定工况数据进行筛选,得到不同航次下相同工况的油耗率,通过比较不同航次下相同工况的油耗率,对船舶柴油机能效状态进行评估.结果表明:通过采用数据清洗和相同工况筛选得到的柴油机能效数据可用于柴油机能效状态评估. A method for evaluating the energy efficiency of marine main engine was proposed.In this method,the data of diesel engine’s rotational speed,output power and fuel consumption rate under stable working conditions were obtained by cleaning the data of diesel engine’s energy efficiency collected by the marine energy efficiency monitoring system.Then,the stable working condition data were screened to get the fuel consumption rate of the same working condition in different voyages.By comparing the fuel consumption rate of the same working condition in different voyages,the energy efficiency of marine diesel engines was evaluated.The results show that the energy efficiency data of diesel engine obtained by data cleaning and screening under the same working conditions can be used to evaluate the energy efficiency of diesel engine.
