模糊灰色关联法在制动系故障诊断中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对灰色关联分析法中分辨系数的取值采用经验的选取方式而影响评价准确性等缺陷,提出了基于改进的模糊灰色关联分析法的车辆制动系故障影响综合评估模型,分析了分辨系数的取值大小对关联度分析结果的影响,给出了分辨系数取值的一般准则和具体方法,解决了以往分辨系数取值难以量化的问题。用合理判定分辨系数的方法,确定改进的关联系数,并结合模糊数学中的广义权距离理论,对影响汽车制动系统的因素模糊灰色化后对汽车制动系性能进行评估,计算结果验证了该模型的可靠性和可行性。 According to the defects that the value of identification coefficient is obtained by an experience selection method in grey relational analysis,which affects the accuracy of assessment.A comprehensive assessment model is established based on improved fuzzy gray relational analysis method.The influence of the value of identification coefficient on relational degree is analyzed and the common rules and the determining method are established,which can solve the quantification problem of the value.The method of reasonable determinative differentiation coefficient is adopted to determine improved correlation coefficient,then by using generalized weight distance of fuzzy mathematics theory,automobile braking system performance is evaluated and analyzed by means of the comprehensive evaluation methods of grey and fuzzy,the result proves the reliability and feasibility of the model.
