摘要
随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术的不断成熟与应用,钢铁企业的档案管理正在经历从传统载体档案向电子档案重大转变。本文通过阐述福建三钢在档案数字化转型的几个阶段,提出企业在档案数字化转型过程中面临的问题和挑战,分析企业应如何从提高档案影响力、激发档案生命力、锻造档案竞争力三个方面,不断拓展档案工作的内涵和外延,积极培育档案的新质生产力,以便更好地顺应信息时代的发展。
With the continuous maturity and application of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies,the file management of steel enterprises is undergoing a major transformation from traditional carrier archives to electronic archives.By explaining several stages of the digital transformation of archives in SanSteel,this article puts forward the problems and challenges faced by enterprises in the process of archival digital transformation,and analyzes how enterprises should continuously expand the connotation and extension of archival work from the three aspects of improving the influence of archives,stimulating the vitality of archives and forging the competitiveness of archives.Cultivate the new productivity of archives in order to better adapt to the development of the information age.
