摘要
中医药防治银屑病复发具有特色优势,可通过调节免疫功能、改善炎症反应等有效降低银屑病的复发率。外邪理论是中医病因病机学说的独特组成部分,强调发病、传变过程中外邪致病的重要性。外邪可通过多种途径,如口鼻、肌肤等侵入人体,外邪范畴的扩大使得银屑病复发更具复杂性。中医所言之外邪,如口鼻而入的浊气、从肌肤感受外来六淫邪气、外界不洁食物、药毒等,即是西医所言之链球菌感染、药物、压力、吸烟、酒精等致病因素。可见,外感邪气如风邪、寒邪、湿邪、火邪、燥邪等是银屑病复发的主要病因病机。
Traditional Chinese medicine has characteristic advantages in the prevention and treatment of psoriasis recurrence,which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of psoriasis by regulating immune function and improving inflammatory response.The theory of external evil is a unique part of the theory of etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,emphasizing the importance of external Evil Factor causing disease in the process of onset and transmission.External Evil Factor can invade the human body through a variety of ways,such as mouth,nose,skin,etc.,which are collectively called external diseases,and the expansion of the scope of external Evil Factor makes the recurrence of psoriasis more complicated.The external Evil Factor mentioned in traditional Chinese medicine,such as the turbid air entering from the mouth and nose,the Six Evil Factors from the skin,the unclean food from the outside world,and the poisons from the medicines are the pathogenic factors such as streptococcal infection,drugs,stress,smoking,and alcohol in Western medicine.External evils such as Wind,Cold,Dampness,Fire,Dryness,etc.are the main causes and pathogenesis of psoriasis recurrence.
