基于无人机测绘的灾害应急决策支持系统构建

摘要 针对灾害应急中对高时效、高精度信息获取的需求,构建了一种融合无人机测绘技术的灾害应急决策支持系统,集成多光谱影像与LiDAR点云数据,通过高效的空间数据处理方法提高灾害信息获取的时效性与精度。系统包括灾害地图生成、救援通道规划、避难路径与安全区域识别、多维信息可视化等功能模块。灾害地图用于滑坡影响分析,救援通道规划结合了路径优化与危险区域规避,避难路径识别基于地形特征与风险分布实现最优撤离方案,可视化模块增强数据的解析能力与表达效果。试验结果表明:该系统在灾害响应效率和指挥精度方面具有较好的表现,能够为灾害管理中的辅助决策与资源调度提供有效支持。 To address the urgent need for timely and high-precision information acquisition in disaster emergency response,a disaster emergency decision-making support system integrating UAV-based surveying and mapping technologies was developed.The system incorporates multi-spectral images and LiDAR point cloud data and enhances both the timeliness and accuracy of disaster information acquisition by the efficient spatial data processing methods.The system consists of several functional modules,including disaster map generation,rescue route planning,evacuation path and safe zone identification,and multi-dimensional information visualization.The disaster map is used to landslide impact analysis.The rescue route planning module integrates path optimization and hazard zone avoidance,the evacuation path identification is based on terrain features and risk distribution to determine optimal evacuation strategies,and the visualization module enhances data interpretability and communication.The experimental results demonstrate that the system performs well in terms of disaster response efficiency and command precision and provides effective supports for the decision-making and resource allocation in the disaster management.
