CO_(2)液化单元二级分离器开裂失效分析与防护

摘要 为明确CO_(2)液化单元二级分离器上封头发生开裂失效的原因,采用水质分析、腐蚀形貌分析、硬度分析、材质化学成分分析、金相组织分析、力学性能分析和能谱分析等多种检测方法对失效样件开展研究。分析发现,该设备因支腿支撑,重心较高,呈柔性结构,固有频率相对较低;且分离器内气相流动不稳定,易形成气流脉动,产生随时间变化的激振力,诱发二级分离器的振动。当振动较大引起二级分离器共振时,会造成局部较大形变与交变应力集中,在这种局部交变应力的作用下,上封头等有应力集中的部位易于发生振动疲劳破坏。基于上述失效机理,提出了针对性的预防措施。 In order to find out the reason for cracking failure of the upper head of the secondary separator in CO_(2)liquefaction unit,the failed samples were analyzed by various detection methods such as water quality analysis,corrosion morphology observation,hardness analysis,material chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure examination,mechanical performance analysis,and energy spectrum evaluation.The results revealed that the device was supported by legs,with a high center of gravity and a flexible structure,resulting in a relatively low natural frequency.Moreover,the gas phase flow inside the separator was unstable,which could easily lead to gas flow pulsation and generate time-varying excitation forces,inducing vibration of the secondary separator.When the vibration was large and created resonance in the secondary separator,it would cause local large deformation and alternating stress concentration.Under the action of this local alternating stress,regions with stress concentration such as the upper head were prone to vibration fatigue failure.Based on the above failure mechanism,targeted preventive measures were proposed.
