喀什压缩机组工艺管线振动原因分析及解决方法

摘要 压缩机组作为天然气输送关键设备的稳定运行是非常重要的。然而,振动问题常常困扰着压缩机组的正常使用。本文针对2023年喀什压缩机组冬季运行期间工艺管线振动现象,深入分析其产生的原因及影响。从机械结构角度看,零部件的加工精度、装配误差以及长期运行导致的磨损等,都可能引起机械不平衡,进而引发振动。气流脉动也是重要因素之一,它会使管道内产生压力波动,作用于压缩机部件从而产生振动。此外,压缩机基础不牢固、安装不当等也会加剧振动。振动可能会降低压缩机的运行效率和使用寿命,还可能导致安全隐患,如连接部件松动、管道破裂等。同时,振动产生的噪声也会对工作环境造成不良影响。为探明喀什压缩机振动的根本原因,本文采取了一系列的验证措施,包括ANSYS Fluent、ANSYS workbench等,并对解决方法进行深入研究。总之,对压缩机组振动的深入研究和有效控制,将有助于提高天然气运输行业生产的可靠性,并使得安全性能大大提高、降低运行成本,具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。 The stable operation of compressor units,as critical equipment for natural gas transportation,is of utmost importance.However,vibration issues frequently hinder their normal operation.This paper investigates the vibration phenomena in the process pipelines of the Kashgar compressor unit during its winter operation in 2023,analyzing the causes and impacts in depth.From a mechanical perspective,factors such as machining precision,assembly errors,and long-term wear can lead to mechanical imbalance,thereby inducing vibrations.Gas pulsation is another critical factor,generating pressure fluctuations in pipelines that act on compressor components and cause vibrations.Additionally,weak compressor foundations and improper installation can exacerbate vibrations.These vibrations may reduce operational efficiency and service life while posing safety risks,such as loosened connections and pipeline ruptures.Furthermore,vibration-induced noise negatively impacts the working environment.To identify the root causes of the Kashgar compressor's vibration,this study implements a series of validation measures,including ANSYS Fluent and ANSYS Workbench simulations,and conducts an in-depth investigation into potential solutions.In conclusion,comprehensive research and effective control of compressor unit vibrations will enhance the reliability of natural gas transportation,significantly improve safety performance,and reduce operational costs,offering both theoretical significance and practical value.
