摘要
通过改变锻造参数以及热处理制度,研究了不同工艺参数下2Cr13锻件的组织及力学性能,获得了锻造及热处理工艺对2Cr13锻件性能影响的规律。通过回归分析,对锻件回火态硬度与回火温度、淬火态硬度的关系进行研究。结果表明:将锻造火次由3火降低到2火,能够提高锻件冲击性能数值及稳定性。同时终锻变形量减小、锻造温度升高均导致2Cr13锻件冲击韧性降低。当淬火温度由1000℃升高到1060℃时,冲击韧性下降了23.7%,抗拉强度没有明显下降。回火温度由600℃增加到700℃,试样冲击韧性增加了27.3%,但锻件的抗拉强度降低了18.6%。最后,通过回归分析建立了回火态硬度与回火温度、淬火态硬度的回归方程:y=48.665-0.073842x_(1)+0.5586x_(2),其中y为回火态硬度、x_(1)为回火温度、x_(2)为淬火态硬度。
By changing the forging parameters and heat treatment system,the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2Cr13 forgings under different process parameters were compared,and the influence rule of forging and heat treatment process on the properties of 2Cr13 forgings was obtained.At the same time,the relationship between the forging tempering state hardness and tempering temperature,quenching state hardness through the regression analysis was studied.The results show that reducing the number of forging fires from 3 fires to 2 fires can improve the value and stability of the impact properties of forgings.At the same time,the reduction of final forging deformation and the increase of forging temperature all lead to the reduction of impact toughness of 2Cr13 forgings.When the quenching temperature increases from 1000℃to 1060℃,the impact toughness decreases by 23.7%,the tensile strength does not decrease significantly.When the tempering temperature increases from 600℃to 700℃,the impact toughness of the specimen increases by 27.3%,but the tensile strength of the forgings decreases by 18.6%.Finally,the regression equation of tempered state hardness with tempering temperature and quenched state hardness is established by regression analysis:y=48.665-0.073842x_(1)+0.5586x_(2),where y is the tempered state hardness,x_(1) is the tempering temperature,and x_(2) is the quenched state hardness.
