摘要
通过金相组织分析,1Cr12Mo环锻件的抗拉强度、屈服强度、冲击性能及硬度远低于标准要求的原因是淬火时生成了大量连续状铁素体。对1Cr12Mo钢进行了不同淬火温度和回火温度实验,结果表明,其最佳淬火温度在1020℃左右,最佳回火温度在700℃左右。
According to the microstructure analysis, the tensile strength, yield strength, impact energy pertbrmance and hardness of 1Crl2Mo ring forgings far below the standard requirements is due to a large number of consecutive ferrite generated during the quenching. Different quenching temperature and tempering temperature experiments were done for 1Crl2Mo steel, and the results show that the optimum quenching temperature is about 1020 ~C, the optimal tempering temperature is about 700 C.
