摘要
本研究以不同性别的优矮黄鸡作为研究对象,对不同周龄优矮黄鸡的体重进行Gompertz模型拟合,并进行优矮黄鸡的周龄与屠宰性能,体尺与屠宰性能的相关性分析,以期了解黄羽肉鸡的生长发育规律。试验选择体重相近的1日龄优矮黄鸡600只,公母各半,公母分开饲喂,试验周期为11周。试验饲养分为4个阶段,1~14、15~35、36~49、50~77日龄,各阶段饲喂相同基础日粮。结果表明:体重Gompertz模型:Y=3143.42×exp(-exp(-0.249(t-5.91)))(公鸡)、Y=2417.55×exp(-exp(-0.216(t-6.34)))(母鸡),拐点周龄:公鸡5.91周、母鸡6.34周;拐点体重:公鸡1156.51 g、母鸡889.45 g。优矮公鸡和优矮母鸡的屠宰重、全净膛率、胸肌率和腹脂率均与周龄呈显著性正相关(P≤0.05);优矮公鸡和优矮母鸡的周龄均与其肌胃指数、腺胃指数呈显著负相关(P≤0.05)。优矮公鸡和优矮母鸡的体尺指标与屠体重、半净膛率、全净膛率均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。因此,试验初步揭示了优矮黄鸡的生长发育规律和各阶段的生长特点,为优矮黄鸡的饲养阶段划分提供理论依据。
This study aimed to elucidate the growth and development patterns of Excellent-Dwarf Chickens by employing the Gompertz model to analyze the body weight of Excellent-Dwarf Chickens of different sexes across various ages,and conduct a correlation analysis among the age,slaughter performance and body size,in order to understand the growth and development rules of Yellow-Feathered Chickens.A total of 600 newly-hatched Excellent-Dwarf Chickens with similar body weights were selected,comprising an equal number of males and females,which were fed separately by sex for an experimental period of 11 weeks.The feeding trial was divided into four stages:1-14,15-35,36-49 and 50-77 days,during which all the chickens were provided with the same basal diet.The Gompertz model of body weight was fitted as follows:for males,Y=3143.42×exp(-exp(-0.249(t-5.91))),for females,Y=2417.55×exp(-exp(-0.216(t-6.34)));the inflection points were found at 5.91 weeks for males and 6.34 weeks for females,with corresponding body weights of 1156.51 g and 889.45 g,respectively.The slaughter weight,eviscerated yield,breast muscle percentage,and abdominal fat percentage of both male and female Excellent-Dwarf Chickens exhibited significant positive correlations with age(P≤0.05).Additionally,the age of both male and female chickens showed significant negative correlations with gizzard index and proventriculus index(P≤0.05).Body measurements of Excellent-Dwarf Chickens were highly significantly positively correlated with slaughter weight,semi-eviscerated weight,and fully-eviscerated weight(P<0.01).In conclusion,this study had preliminarily revealed the growth and development patterns,as well as the growth characteristics at each stage of Excellent-Dwarf Chickens,the findings provided a theoretical basis for the stage division of Excellent-Dwarf Chickens.
