摘要
目的探索转移相关蛋白2(MTA2)在鼻咽癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选取96例临床资料完整的鼻咽癌癌组织石蜡标本,使用兔抗人重组Anti-MTA2抗体、即用型快捷免疫组化MaxVisionTM试剂盒及采用聚合物技术检测鼻咽癌组织中MTA2的表达情况,统计MTA2表达情况与鼻咽癌临床病理参数之间的关系。结果MTA2的阳性表达主要集中于癌细胞的细胞核,在癌巢与癌巢之间的周围基质中和血管内皮细胞中也有少量的阳性表达。在伴有远处转移的鼻咽癌患者中,MTA2在其癌组织中的总积分M(P_(25),P_(75))均高于不伴有远处转移的鼻咽癌患者。存活时间不足5年的鼻咽癌患者癌组织中,MTA2总积分M(P_(25),P_(75))均高于存活时间超过5年者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MTA2的高低与患者的一般情况如发病年龄、性别、是否吸烟等无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤的T分期、N分期、临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论MTA2在鼻咽癌中可能具有促进癌症发生、发展的作用,充分探索MTA2在鼻咽癌中的表达对于鼻咽癌患者预后及生存具有一定临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of metastasis associated protein 2(MTA2)in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods A total of 96 paraffin-embedded tissue specimens of NPC with complete clinical data were selected.Anti-MTA2 antibody of rabbit anti-human recombinant type,MaxVisionTM ready-to-use rapid immunohistochemical kit and polymer technology were used to detect the expression of MTA2 in NPC tissues.The relationship between the expression of MTA2 and the clinicopathological parameters of NPC was statistically analyzed.Results The positive expression of MTA2 was mainly concentrated in the nuclei of cancer cells.There was also a small amount of positive expression in the surrounding stroma between cancer nests and in vascular endothelial cells.In the NPC patients with distant metastasis,the median total score,25th percentile,and 75th percentile of MTA2 in the cancer tissues were all higher than those in the NPC patients without distant metastasis.For the NPC patients who survived less than 5 years,the median total score,25th percentile,and 75th percentile of MTA2 in the cancer tissues were all higher than those of the patients who survived for 5 years or more.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MTA2 were not related to the general condition of patients,such as age at onset,gender,and smoking status(P>0.05),nor were they related to the T stage,N stage,or clinical stage of the tumors(P>0.05).Conclusions MTA2 may play a role in promoting the occurrence and development of NPC.A thorough exploration of the expression of MTA2 has certain clinical significance for the prognosis and survival of NPC patients.
