摘要
为了明确信息化设施设备在北京市设施蔬菜产业中的实际应用效果,基于2021年82家北京市设施蔬菜经营主体的微观调研数据,采用普通最小二乘法(OLS)、分位数回归法(QR)、工具变量法(IV),选取每公顷信息化投入资金表征信息化指标,分析了信息化对北京市设施蔬菜经营收入的影响效应。结果表明:信息化能显著促进北京市设施蔬菜经营收入,但信息化的应用存在扩大北京市设施蔬菜经营收入差距的可能。信息化增收效应仅存在于北京市收入水平高、信息化投入多、物质资本禀赋丰富的设施蔬菜经营主体中。据此,建议建立健全信息化转型的多元化投融资机制,加强信息化关键设备的创新与应用,鼓励开展信息化应用示范,推动产业化经营,加强经营主体信息化应用能力建设。
In order to clarify the practical application effect of informatization on Beijings facility vegetable industry,based on the microdata of 82 facility vegetable management entities in Beijing in 2021,ordinary least squares(OLS),quantile regression(QR)and instrumental variables(IV)were used to analyze the impact of informatization on the income of Beijings facility vegetable industry.The informatization indicator was characterized by the investment funds per hectare in agricultural informatization construction.The results showed that in terms of the average effect,informatization had a significant positive impact on the income of Beijings facility vegetable industry.But there was a possibility that informatization might widen the income gap of Beijings facility vegetable industry.The income‑enhancing effect of agricultural informatization only existed in the cohorts with higher income level,higher informatization investment,and more abundant physical capital endowment.To effectively promote the growth of the income of Beijings facility vegetable industry,recommendations included the establishment and improvement of a diversified investment and financing mechanism for the informatization transformation,the strengthening of the innovation and application of critical informatization equipment,the encouragement to carry out an informatization application demonstration,the promotion of industrialized management and the enhancement of the informatization application capabilities of management entities.
