列车数字无线调度通信系统小区重选技术研究

摘要 小区重选是列车数字无线调度通信系统(DRTD)实现上层移动调度通信业务的基础性功能。相较于450 MHz无线列调系统,DRTD需满足终端移动性管理要求,机车综合无线通信设备(CIR)需通过空中无线接口与地面系统协作,实现小区重选功能,为终端用户提供更好的无线网络连接和使用体验。概述铁路无线列调系统数字化发展趋势和DRTD移动性管理需求,在分析DRTD方案的基础上,总结出CIR位置更新相关的功能实体和工作流程。重点对DRTD小区重选方案进行深入研究,提出通过确定工作频组、执行开机小区选择、执行小区重选3个阶段来实施,以实现CIR工作在DRTD模式期间的小区选择和小区重选,为上层应用业务提供最优的无线网络连接。在集二线的现场试用中对该方案进行验证,满足DRTD的考核要求。针对现有小区重选方案中邻频场强采集实时性不满足需求的问题,提出新增DRTD场强扫描模块的优化建议。 Cell re-selection is the basic function of digital radio communication system for train dispatching(DRTD)to realize upper-layer mobile dispatching communication services.Compared with the 450 MHz radio train dispatching communication system,the terminal mobility management requirement is proposed for the DRTD system.The cab integrated radio(CIR)is required to collaborate with the ground system via the air interface to realize the cell re-selection function to provide a better wireless network connection and user experience.The digital trend of radio communication system for railway train dispatching and the DRTD’s mobility management requirements are summarized.And based on the analysis of DRTD scheme,the functional entities and workflow related to CIR location update are summarized.The DRTD cell re-selection solution is studied deeply,and three stages are proposed,including determining the work frequency group,cell selection at boot time and execution of cell re-selection,which can realize cell selection and cell re-selection during the operation of CIR in DRTD mode,and provide the best wireless network connection for the upper layer applications.The solution has been verified in the field trial of Jining-Erlianhaote line,and meets the specifications of the DRTD.In response to the problem that the realtime performance of neighboring frequency field strength collection in the existing cell reselection scheme fails to meet the requirements,an optimization suggestion of adding a DRTD field strength scanning module is proposed.
