列车数字无线调度通信系统服务质量影响因素研究

摘要 为减少铁路沿线无线信道传输损耗对于通信质量的影响,缩短无线通信设备在进行电台切换时带来的越区切换时延,分析列车数字无线调度通信系统(DRTD)中影响服务质量的因素,包括最小接收电平、场强覆盖、频率规划和越区切换,提出一种DRTD越区切换规则。参考铁路标准性技术文件,明确DRTD应满足的服务质量指标要求。针对所提出的DRTD越区切换规则,进行外场动态测试,分析不同接收电平下机车综合无线通信设备(CIR)和列调对讲设备的误码率,满足DRTD服务质量指标要求;进行现场试验,分析CIR、固定电台的呼叫建立成功率和呼叫建立时延,以及CIR的越区切换成功率和越区切换时延,均满足DRTD服务质量指标要求,验证了所提出的DRTD越区切换规则的可行性。 In order to reduce the impact of wireless channel transmission loss along the railway line on communication quality and to shorten the inter-zone handover delay caused by radio station switching of wireless communication devices,the factors affecting the service quality of digital radio communication system for train dispatching(DRTD),including minimum receive level,field strength coverage,frequency planning,and inter-zone handover,are analyzed and a new DRTD inter-zone handover rule is proposed.Referring to the railway standard technical documents,the service quality index requirements that DRTD should meet are clarified.For the proposed DRTD inter-zone handover rule,dynamic field tests are carried out to analyze the bit error rate of cab integrated radio(CIR)communication equipment and train dispatch intercom devices under different receive levels,which meet the service quality index requirements of DRTD.Field tests are conducted to analyze the call establishment success rate and call establishment delay of CIRs and fixed radio stations,as well as the inter-zone handover success rate and handover delay of CIR,all of which meet the service quality indicator requirements of DRTD,validating the feasibility of the proposed DRTD inter-zone handover rules.
