摘要
本文以西安市第五保育院分院更新改造为例,探讨存量时代城市更新背景下教育空间的创新实践。项目通过用地置换,优化了完整居住社区的教育配套设施。设计师深度参与幼儿教学活动,解读幼儿的群体行为习惯与生活细节,构建弹性可变的空间序列,满足幼儿多元的活动需求。项目体现了当代建筑对功能混合、空间弹性和审美简约的追求,为城市微更新提供了可复制的范例。
This case study of the Fifth Child Care Kindergarten Branch of Xi'an explores innovative educational space design amid urban micro-renewal.Through land use replacement,it optimizes neighborhood educational facilities.By participating in teaching activities and interpreting children's behaviors,designers create adaptable spatial sequences for diverse needs.The project embodies contemporary architecture's pursuit of functional hybridity,spatial flexibility,and minimalist aesthetics,offering a replicable urban renewal model.
