摘要
青岛作为一座拥有丰富工业遗产的城市,正面临着工业转型升级、工业用地置换等多重挑战。文章在对遗产廊道理念深入剖析的基础上,借鉴工业遗产廊道的概念,基于GIS平台,利用层次分析法,从交通道路条件、自然环境要素、土地利用类型、工业遗产特质四个方面进行工业遗产廊道适宜性构建研究,筛选出潜在遗产廊道,为廊道的后续规划设计提供有针对性的思路。
As a city with rich industrial heritages,Qingdao is facing multiple challenges such as industrial transformation and upgrading,and industrial land replacement.On the basis of in-depth analysis on the concept of heritage corridors,this paper draws on the concept of“industrial heritage corridors”and based on GIS platform,uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to study the suitability construction of industrial heritage corridors from four aspects:traffic road conditions,natural environmental factors,land use types,and industrial heritage characteristics.Potential heritage corridors are generated,providing targeted ideas for the subsequent planning and design of corridors.
