摘要
目的分析体检中心健康知识宣教联合优质护理对高危型HPV检测在宫颈癌早期筛查中的影响。方法选择2023年1月—2024年1月于本院行高危型HPV检测的女性120例为研究对象,以随机表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例患者。其中,对照组行常规健康知识宣教,观察组行健康知识宣教联合优质护理干预,观察两组宫颈癌早期筛查知晓评分、早期筛查接受度及情绪状态情况。结果干预后,观察组宫颈癌早期筛查知晓评分各项均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组早期筛查接受度(96.67%)高于对照组(61.67%)(P<0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS及FAVS评分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论体检中心健康知识宣教联合优质护理可提高高危型HPV检测患者筛查接受度,提高相关知识知晓程度,缓解负面情绪,具有应用价值。
Objective To analyze the impact of health education in physical examination centers combined with high-quality nursing on the early screening of cervical cancer through high-risk HPV testing.Methods A total of 120 women who underwent high-risk HPV testing in the hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random table method.The control group consisted of 60 cases and received routine health education,while the observation group also included 60 cases and received health education combined with highquality nursing intervention.The awareness scores of early cervical cancer screening,acceptance of early screening,and emotional states of the two groups were observed.Results After the intervention,all items of the early cervical cancer screening awareness scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the acceptance rate of early screening in the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(61.67%)(P<0.05);after the intervention,the SAS,SDS,and FAVS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education in physical examination centers combined with high-quality nursing can improve the acceptance of high-risk HPV testing for cervical cancer screening,enhance the awareness of related knowledge,and alleviate negative emotions,thus having application value.
