摘要
血液制品在医疗、公共卫生、国防安全等领域具有关键作用,近年来我国血液制品市场需求持续增长,但面临原料短缺、技术壁垒和进口依赖等挑战。广西壮族自治区(简称广西)依托丰富的血浆资源和区位优势,通过引进相关企业、构建血液制品生产加工全产业链,推动产业跨越发展。本文分析血液制品产业的特征及现状,并探讨广西通过政策创新、技术赋能(“上海研发+广西生产+东盟应用”模式)和跨境合作模式(东盟采集原料血浆—广西深加工—东盟销售),将广西打造成为“中国—东盟血液制品研发生产中心”的路径,旨在实现区域产业协同发展,同时满足国家打造西南安全屏障的战略储备需求。
Blood products play a critical role in the fields such as healthcare,public health,and national defense security.In recent years,China's blood product market has experienced sustained demand growth,yet it faces challenges such as raw material shortages,technological barriers,and import dependency.Leveraging its abundant plasma resources and geographic advantages,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(hereinafter referred to as Guangxi)has driven transformative industrial development by introducing relevant enterprises and establishing entire industrial chain for blood product production and processing.This paper analyzes the characteristics and current status of the blood product industry,exploring Guangxi's innovative approaches as follows:policy innovation and technology empowerment(e.g.,the“Shanghai research and development+Guangxi production+ASEAN application”model),cross⁃border collaboration model(ASEAN raw material plasma collection⁃Guangxi deep processing⁃ASEAN sales),and positioning Guangxi as the“China⁃ASEAN Blood Product Research,Development and Production Center”,aiming at promoting regional industrial synergy while supporting China's strategic reserve needs for establishing a Southwestern Security Barrier.
