摘要
双向FDI协同是外商直接投资(IFDI)和对外直接投资(OFDI)共同作用的结果,对释放生产力、推动国家经济发展、提高产业链韧性具有促进作用。在“百年未有之大变局”背景下,我国产业链韧性意义重大。基于2010—2023年30个省级面板数据,实证检验双向FDI协同对产业链韧性的影响。研究发现:双向FDI协同对提高产业链韧性有明显的促进作用,但影响作用因对外开放水平不同存在异质性;从影响路径来看,双向FDI协同主要通过提高创新要素配置水平促进产业链韧性提升。提出进一步推动高水平对外开放、实施差异化的地区政策和提高创新要素配置水平等政策建议。
Two-way FDI synergy is the result of the joint action of foreign direct investment(IFDI)and outward foreign direct investment(OFDI),which plays a promoting role in unleashing productivity,promoting national economic development,and enhancing industrial chain resilience.Against the backdrop of the unprecedented major changes,the increasingly tense international situation has put forward higher requirements for the resilience of China's industrial chain.This article empirically tests the impact of bidirectional FDI synergy on industrial chain resilience based on provincial panel data of 30 provinces from 2010 to 2023.Research has found that:Two-way FDI synergy has a significant promoting effect on improving the resilience of the industrial chain,but the impact varies depending on the level of opening up to the outside world;From the perspective of the impact path,Twoway FDI synergy mainly promotes the resilience of the industrial chain by improving the level of innovation factor allocation.Based on this,policy recommendations are proposed for China to further promote high-level openingup,implement differentiated regional policies,and improve the level of innovation factor allocation.
