摘要
目的:建立一种快速检测药酒中3种莨菪碱的方法。方法:样品经乙腈提取,Carbon S吸附剂净化,以甲醇-5 mmol·L^(-1)甲酸铵(含0.1%甲酸)为流动相,多反应监测正离子模式检测。结果:3种莨菪碱在2.0~100.0μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999;检出限为0.10~0.25μg·L^(-1),定量限为0.25~1.00μg·L^(-1);加标回收率为70.23%~90.10%,相对标准偏差为1.71%~7.44%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于药酒中莨菪烷类生物碱的快速分析。
Objective:To establish a rapid method for the detection of three types of hyoscypane alkaloids in medicinal wine.Method:The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified with Carbon S adsorbent.The mobile phase was methanol-5 mmol·L^(-1) ammonium formate(containing 0.1%formic acid),and the detection was carried out in the multi-reaction monitoring positive ion mode.Result:The three kinds of hyoscypane alkaloids had a good linear relationship in the range of 2.0μg·L^(-1) to 100.0μg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999;the detection limit was 0.10μg·L^(-1) to 0.25μg·L^(-1),and the quantification limit was 0.25μg·L^(-1) to 1.00μg·L^(-1);the recovery rate of standard addition was 70.23%to 90.10%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.71%to 7.44%.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the rapid analysis of hyoscypane alkaloids in medicinal wine.
