摘要
盾构位姿的实时精准测定,是指导盾构机沿隧道设计轴线方向掘进的重要环节;而空间三维坐标转换是解算盾构姿态参数的关键。本文将罗德里格矩阵运用到地铁盾构位姿人工复核的数据处理中,基于最小二乘法求解转换参数,计算过程无须迭代及线性化,便于程序实现。结合地铁盾构隧道工程实际算例,验证了模型的准确性;同时与自动导向系统测量的盾构姿态偏差对比分析,有效保障了导向系统的稳定可靠。
The real-time accurate determination of shield position is an important link to guide the shield machine to dig along the tunnel design axis direction;and the spatial 3D coordinate conversion is the key to solve the shield attitude parameters.In this paper,the rodrigues matrix is applied to the data processing of the manual review of the subway shield position,based on the Least Squares Method to solve the conversion parameters,the calculation process without iteration and linearization,which is easy to implement the program.The accuracy of the model is verified by combining the actual examples of metro shield tunnel projects;meanwhile,the comparative analysis with the shield attitude deviation measured by the automatic guidance system effectively guarantees the stability and reliability of the guidance system.
