摘要
采用硫酸与固体硫酸铵处理样品,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法直接测定二氧化钛中磷的方法。对溶样条件、分析谱线与基体的干扰等内容进行了讨论。选定了位于紫外区的磷谱线177.495nm作为分析线,二氧化钛中磷量在ICP-OES上得到了明显的响应,其工作曲线的线性相关系数大于0.999,线性范围为0.08~5.0mg/L,检出限为0.69μg/g。将本方法应用于实际样品分析,测定结果与分光光度法基本一致,相对标准偏差RSD(n=7)<5%,加标回收率为97%~104%,该方法具有高效、安全、操作步骤简便等优点。
A method for the direct determination of phosphorus in titanium dioxide by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established by treating samples with sulfuric acid and solid ammonium sulfate.Discussions were conducted on sample dissolution conditions,analytical spectral lines,and matrix interferences,among other aspects.The phosphorus spectral line at 177.495 nm in the ultraviolet region was selected as the analytical line.A distinct response for phosphorus content in titanium dioxide was observed on the ICP-OES.The linear correlation coefficient of the working curve exceeded 0.999,with a linear range of 0.08-5.0 mg/L and a detection limit of 0.69µg/g.When this method was applied to the analysis of actual samples,the determination results were generally consistent with those obtained by spectrophotometry,with a relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7)of less than 5%and spiked recoveries ranging from 97%to 104%.This method has the advantages of high efficiency,safety,and simple operation steps.
