电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铝合金中钆

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铝合金中钆含量的方法。以盐酸溶解样品,选择336.223 nm为分析谱线,采用基体匹配法制备工作曲线,钆含量在0~100µg/mL范围内与其强度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r>0.999。在优化的实验条件下,进行了精密度和回收率实验:测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.64%,0.53%(n=11),加标回收率为98.67%,99.47%。结果表明,该方法操作简单,分析速度快,精密度好,准确度高,为测定铝合金中钆含量提供了有效的检测方法。 A method for determining the content of gadolinium in aluminum alloy by ICP-AES was established.The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid,336.223 nm were selected as the analytical spectral line for Gd.Working curve using matrix matching method to eliminate matrix interference.The gadolinium content in the range of 0 to 100µg/mL,with a good linear relationship,and its correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.Precision experiments and recovery rate were carried out under the optimized experimental conditions:the relative precision was 0.64%,0.53%(n=11)and the recoveries tested was 98.67%,99.47%.The method had the advantages of simple operation,short analysis time,good precision,high accuracy.This method provided an effective way for the determination of Gd content in aluminum alloy.
