摘要
高质量发展是新时代高职教育新常态,是历史发展的必然和现实选择的硬道理,不以人的意志为转移。随着经济社会的快速发展和产业结构的升级,高职教育必须适应新时代要求,实现从规模扩张向质量提升的转变。目前,高职教育高质量发展在办学主体、工作重点、教师队伍、教学内涵、教学方法、国际合作、治理体系等方面呈现出七大趋势及目标指向。把握规律、顺势而为、积极探索高职教育高质量发展的有效途径和方法,对于大力推进高职教育高质量发展的历史进程,大有裨益。
High-quality development has become the new normal for higher vocational education in the new era.It is an inevitable outcome of historical development and a hard truth based on practical choices,which will not change according to people's will.With the rapid development of the economy and society and the upgrading of industrial structures,vocational education must adapt to the requirements of the new era and achieve a transformation from scale expansion to quality improvement.At present,the high-quality development of higher vocational education is characterized by seven major trends and target directions in terms of the main bodies of running schools,work priorities,faculty,teaching connotation,teaching methods,international cooperation,and governance systems.Grasping the laws,following the trends,and actively exploring effective ways and methods for the high-quality development of higher vocational education will be highly beneficial for vigorously advancing the historical process of high-quality development in higher vocational education.
