摘要
高等职业教育作为国家高素质技术技能人才培养的核心载体,亟需通过产教融合协同创新回应教育强国战略和职业教育高质量发展需求。基于共生理论,构建“共生单元—共生模式—共生界面—共生环境”四维分析框架,编码统计河北省2023年度62所高职院校质量报告的内容和数据,系统解构产教融合协同创新的内在机理和现实困境。研究发现,主体协同广度不足、资源互补结构性矛盾、平台载体对接形式化及政策支撑环境失衡是制约河北省高职院校产教融合协同创新的关键症结,提出通过治理机制重构、技术协同深化、界面效能提升及资源均衡配置等生态化的优化策略,推动高等职业教育产教融合协同创新生态从松散耦合向共生共荣演进,为区域经济转型升级提供理论参考与实践范式。
As the core carrier for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in the country,higher vocational education urgently needs to meet the needs of the strategy of building a strong education country and the high-quality development of vocational education through the integration of industry and education and collaborative innovation.Based on the theory of symbiosis,a four dimensional analysis framework of"symbiotic unit-symbiotic mode-symbiotic interface-symbiotic environment"is constructed,and the content and data of the 2023 quality reports of 62 vocational colleges in Hebei Province are encoded and statistically analyzed.The internal mechanism and practical difficulties of industry education integration and collaborative innovation are systematically deconstructed.Research has found that the key cruxes constraining the collaborative innovation of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province are insufficient breadth of subject collaboration,structural contradictions in resource complementarity,formalized docking of platform carriers,and imbalanced policy support environment.It is proposed to promote the evolution of the industry-education integration ecosystem in higher vocational education from loose coupling to symbiosis and prosperity through ecological optimization strategies such as reconstruction of governance mechanisms,deepening of technological collaboration,improvement of interface efficiency,and balanced resource allocation,providing theoretical reference and practical paradigms for the transformation and upgrading of regional economy.
