甲醇-氯苯的分割式MVR热泵精馏工艺

摘要 基于甲醇-氯苯体系存在夹紧区(恒浓区)这一特性,提出了耦合机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)技术的分割式热泵精馏工艺。利用Aspen Plus过程模拟软件,采用NRTL-RK方程计算该体系的相平衡数据及相关热力学性,选用Radfrac.精馏模型和Compr.压缩机模型模拟精馏塔和蒸汽压缩机。以年总成本(ATC)和能耗最小为目标函数,对提出的MVR分割式热泵精馏工艺进行了模拟与优化,得到了合适的工艺参数,如分割点浓度、压缩机进气量等关键工艺变量。研究结果表明,与常规精馏工艺相比,MVR分割式热泵精馏工艺可以节省年总成本约39.1%,节能约62.6%。 Based on the characteristic of clamp zone(constant concentration zone)for methanol-chlorobenzene system,the split heat pump distillation process coupled MVR technology was proposed.The NRTL-RK equation was used to calculate the phase balance data and related thermal thermodynamics by Aspen Plus software,the Radfrac.distillation model and Compr.compressor model were used to simulate distillation tower and steam compressor respectively.Taking the annual total cost(ATC)and minimum energy consumption as the target function,the proposed MVR split heat pump distillation process was simulated and optimized,and the appropriate process parameters,such as split point concentration and compressor intake volume,were obtained.The results showed that compared with the conventional distillation process,MVR split heat pump distillation process can save ATC by 39.1%and energy consumption 62.6%.
