江西省赣南地区不同林龄油茶林土壤-叶片碳、氮、磷生态化学计量特征

Ecological stoichiometric characteristics of soil and leaves in Camellia oleifera plantations at different stand ages in Gannan Area of Jiangxi Province

摘要 以江西省赣南地区不同林龄(10 a、20 a、40 a)油茶人工林为对象,测定了不同林龄油茶林土壤和叶片的碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量,分析了油茶林土壤-叶片的生态化学计量比随林龄变化的规律,探究了油茶林土壤和叶片C、N、P含量与生态化学计量特征的联系。结果显示:(1)林龄对油茶林土壤C、N和叶片C、N含量有显著影响,土壤和叶片的C和N含量随着林龄的增加而增加;林龄对油茶林土壤和叶片的P含量无显著影响,P含量随林龄的增加呈现出先增加后降低的趋势;土壤的C、N、P含量分别为11.2~13.5 g·kg^(-1)、0.93~1.63 g·kg^(-1)和0.33~0.4 g·kg^(-1),叶片的C、N、P含量分别为454~503 g·kg^(-1)、11.6~13.1 g·kg^(-1)和1.77~2.19 g·kg^(-1)。(2)林龄对土壤C∶P、N∶P有显著影响,土壤C∶P和N∶P大小排序分别为:40 a>10 a>20 a和10 a>20 a>40 a;叶片N∶P随林龄呈先降低后增加的趋势,比值在5.98~6.89之间。(3)土壤的C、N、P含量和生态化学计量比与叶片的C、N含量之间存在密切联系,土壤C含量和叶片C、N含量间存在显著的正相关关系。N是该地区油茶人工林生长的主要限制因素。 In this study,the contents of carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)in the soil and leaves of Camellia oleifera plantations of different ages(10a,20a,40a)in southern Jiangxi Province were determined,the ecological stoichiometry of soil-leaves of Camellia oleifera was analyzed,and the relationship between C,N and P contents of soil and leaves and ecological stoichiometric characteristics of Camellia oleifera was explored.The results show that:(1)Stand age has a significant effect on C,N contents in both soil and leaves,and the contents increase with the increase of forest age.However,stand age has no significant effect on P content of soil and leaves,and the P content increases initially and then decreases with increasing stand age.The content of C,N and P in soil is 11.2-13.5 g·kg^(-1),0.93-1.63 g·kg^(-1) and 0.33-0.4 g·kg^(-1),respectively,and the content of C,N and P in leaves is 454-503 g·kg^(-1),11.6-13.1 g·kg^(-1) and 1.77-2.19 g·kg^(-1),respectively.(2)Stand age exhibits a significant effect on soil C∶P and N∶P,in the order of 40 a>10 a>20 a for soil C∶P and 10 a>20 a>40 a for N∶P.Leaf N∶P decreases first and then increases with stand age,and the ratio is between 5.98-6.89.(3)There is a close correlation between soil C,N and P contents,ecological stoichiometric ratios and leaf C and N contents;and soil C content is positively correlated with leaf C and N contents.N is the main limiting factor for the growth of Camellia oleifera plantations.
