摘要
[目的/意义]针对当前人工智能对智库带来的深刻影响,从组织结构、研究方法和运营方式等方面分析多维影响,提出适应性变革的具体路径。[方法/过程]本文以问题为导向、以应用为目的,按照“影响机理—面临挑战—优化策略”技术路线展开研究,阐述智库智能化转型的必要性和机理,探讨人工智能时代智库建设的挑战和优化策略,为人工智能嵌入智库研究以及建设与运营提供理论支持。[结果/结论]人工智能正在深刻改变智库的传统研究范式、内部工作程式、组织结构模式、人员配置阵式、知识管理形式、价值呈现方式和组织文化样式,需要在相应领域加快推进七大适应性变革。
[Purpose/Significance]In response to the profound impact of artificial intelligence(AI)on think tanks,this study analyzes its multidimensional effects on organizational structure,research methods,and oper-ational models,proposing specific pathways for adaptive transformation.[Method/Process]Adopting a prob-lem-oriented and application-driven approach,the research follows a“mechanism of influence-challenges-op-timization strategies”framework.It elaborates on the necessity and underlying logic of think tanks’intelligent transformation,examines the challenges and optimization strategies for think tank development in the AI era,and provides theoretical support for integrating AI into think tank research,construction,and operations.[Result/Con-clusion]AI is fundamentally reshaping think tanks’traditional research paradigms,internal workflows,organiza-tional structures,staffing models,knowledge management approaches,value presentation methods,and organiza-tional culture.Consequently,accelerating seven adaptive transformations in relevant fields is imperative.
