摘要
PDCA循环是由美国质量控制研究者戴明首先提出的理念,故又被称作“戴明环”,分为四个步骤、八个阶段。P(计划,Plan)为质量问题的基本概念到行动计划;D(执行,Do)为制定执行方案;C(检验,Check)为检验结论;A(处理,Act)为标准化的进一步发展。PDCA循环是能使社会活动高效开展的管理工作程式,尤其是在质量管理工作中广泛运用。该文将从医院战略管理的概述、PDCA循环对提升医院战略管理的意义、医院战略管理阶段进行阐述。
The PDCA cycle is a concept first proposed by American quality control researcher Daiming,so it is also called"Daiming's loop",which is divided into four steps and eight stages.P(Plan)is the basic concept of quality problems to the action plan;D(Do)is the development of the implementation plan;C(Check)is the test conclusion.A(Act)is the further development of standardization.The PDCA cycle is a management program that enables social activities to be carried out efficiently,especially in quality management.This article will explain the overview of strategic hospital management,the significance of PDCA cycle to improve strategic hospital management,and the stages of strategic hospital management.
