摘要
在数字时代,基于内容的推荐算法深度介入青年社会化过程,其引发的价值观塑造风险升级亟需协同性治理创新。从技术取向看,“算法黑箱”“算法鸿沟”“算法幻象”等风险正对青年价值观进行单向塑造,消解青年社会公平感,对青年精神生活开展异化殖民。从文化取向看,青年在算法影响下形成“算法共谋”“算法依赖”和“算法实践”。这一过程催生了文化分层与隔离的信息茧房,使青年陷入即时满足与深度焦虑的情感矛盾,并在工具理性与价值理性的张力中迷失。风险生成本质在于主流价值传播过程中算法权力的过度干预、青年数字社会化过程的被动与主动嵌入,导致青年陷入价值信仰的迷思。当前,应构建“四位一体”的算法治理格局,通过打造具有中国特色的网络育人空间,优化算法推荐内容生态的监管机制,提升青年数字韧性与网络安全意识,坚持价值观培育场景的守正创新,推动算法从内容迎合式向思想引领式转变,为青年价值观的健康发展服务。
In the digital era,content-based recommendation algorithms are profoundly embedded in the socialization processes of youth,necessitating innovative collaborative governance to address escalating risks to their value formation.Technologically,phenomena such as the"algorithmic black box""algorithmic divide"and"illusion of algorithmic objectivity"unilaterally reshape youth values,erode their sense of social justice,and impose an alienating colonization upon their spiritual lives.Culturally,through"algorithmic complicity"algorithmic dependency"and"algorithmic practices",youth develop cognitive cocoons of cultural stratification and isolation while oscillating emotionally between instant gratification and profound anxiety,trapping them in fundamental contradictions between instrumental and value rationality.The genesis of these risks stems from ex-cessive algorithmic intervention in mainstream value dissemination,compounded by young people's dual pas-sive/active embedding in digital socialization,which cultivates a mythos of disoriented value beliefs.To counter this,we propose a four-pronged governance framework:cultivating a values-oriented online educational space with Chinese characteristics;optimizing regulatory mechanisms for algorithmically curated content ecosys-tems;enhancing youth digital resilience and cybersecurity awareness;and upholding foundational values while fostering innovation in value-cultivation contexts.Collectively,these strategies harness personalized recom-mendation algorithms to serve the healthy development of youth values.
