摘要
“躺平”主义是近年来备受关注的社会和文化现象,它从思想和行为两个层面影响着新时代大学生的成长。“躺平”主义冲击“劳动立身”的生存基础,弱化大学生的奋斗意识;消解“奋斗出彩”的价值信仰,降低大学生的奋斗能力;动摇“立德树人”的育人根基,影响大学生的全面发展。高校应以劳动教育引领大学生的奋斗精神培育、以奋斗精神构筑大学生的价值信念、以多方联动营造大学生奋斗精神培育的浓郁氛围,积极探索培育大学生奋斗精神的实践路径。
The“lying flat”mentality is a social and cultural phenomenon that has garnered significant attention in recent years.It affects the growth and development of college students in the new era at both the ideological and behavioral levels.The“lying flat”mentality challenges the foundation of“survival through labor”,weakens college students’awareness of struggle,erodes the value belief of“achieving brilliance through struggle”,reduces their ability to struggle,and undermines the fundamental principle of“moral education and talent cultivation”,thereby affecting their growth and development.Universities should lead the cultivation of the spirit of struggle among college students through labor education,build their value beliefs through the spirit of struggle,and create a strong atmosphere for the cultivation of the spirit of struggle through multi-party collaboration.They should actively explore practical pathways for cultivating the spirit of struggle among college students.
