摘要
21世纪以来中国应急管理的学术研究与实践进展存在什么样的相关关系?这种关系具有哪些典型特征?为什么会出现这些特征?本文通过对2001-2021年中国知网核心期刊数据库进行筛选,形成了包含8605篇应急管理领域核心论文的数据库。在此基础上进行文本分析,从“数量-质量”“时间-空间”两个维度,结合我国应急管理实践进展,探讨学术研究与实践进展之间的关联特征。研究发现当前中国应急管理领域在“数量一质量”维度,学术研究创新型论文数量上占比相对较低,且质量参差不齐;在“时间-空间”维度,学术研究发展相对于实践进展呈现时间上滞后、空间上脱节等特征。应急管理领域的跨学科和应用型特点是造成这种现象的主要原因,同时实践主体与学术研究者的信息壁垒加剧了理论与实践的脱节,最后论文从推动学术研究与实践应用有机结合的角度,提出了构建跨学科知识体系、破除信息壁垒和推动中国特色应急管理本土学术研究创新等政策建议。
What is the relationship between theoretical research and practical progress of emergency management in China?What are the typical characteristics of this relationship?Why do these features appear?In this paper,we select 8605 emergency managementrelated effective papers from Chinese core journals in CNKI database and set up a database based on the papers.Theoretical research is compared with the current development of emergency management practice in China on the basis of statistical analysis.Then this paper discusses the relationship between theoretical research and practical development from two dimensions of"quantity-quality"and"time-space".It is found that there is in the dimension of"quantity-quality",the number of papers related to theoretical research is very low,and the quality is uneven;In the dimension of"time-space",the theoretical research shows obvious lag in time and disjointed in space compared with the development of practice.The paper points out that the interdisciplinary characteristics and strong application in the field of emergency management are the main reasons for this phenomenon.And the information barrier between the practical subject and the theoretical researcher aggravates this feature and the difficulty of resolving it.Finally,the paper puts forward policy suggestions to promote the organic combination of theoretical research and practical application,such as building interdisciplinary knowledge system in the future,breaking down information barriers and promoting local theoretical innovation of emergency management with Chinese characteristics.
