摘要
揭示淮河生态经济带土地利用碳排放效率的时空分异及空间收敛性,对推动区域土地利用绿色转型及践行碳中和目标具有重要意义。基于2011—2022年淮河生态经济带土地覆被数据,综合运用超效率SBM模型、Kernel密度估计、Dagum基尼系数及空间面板模型等方法,对淮河生态经济带土地利用碳排放效率的时空分异及空间收敛性进行实证分析。研究结果表明:①淮河生态经济带土地利用碳排放效率总体水平较低,呈现“先降后升”的趋势,三大区域土地利用碳排放效率动态演进脉络各异,但均存在多极化趋势;②淮河生态经济带土地利用碳排放效率总体地区差异呈现“先扩大后缩小”的趋势,差异主要源于超变密度,区域内差异呈现“中西部高,北部居中,东部低”的空间格局,区域间差异以东部与中西部最显著;③淮河生态经济带及三大区域土地利用碳排放效率不存在显著σ收敛,存在显著绝对β收敛和条件β收敛,收敛速度由快到慢依次是北部、东部、中西部。环境规制、城镇化、人口密度、产业结构和绿色技术进步对土地利用碳排放效率的收敛性有显著影响,但存在明显区域异质性。上述发现为淮河生态经济带土地利用绿色转型与国土空间布局优化提供了科学依据和实践参考。
Revealing the spatiotemporal differentiation and spatial convergence of land use carbon emission efficiency in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt is of great significance for promoting regional land use green transformation and achieving carbon neutrality goals.Based on the land cover data of the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt from 2011 to 2022,this study empirically analyzes the spatiotemporal differentiation and spatial convergence of land use carbon emission efficiency in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt using methods such as super efficiency SBM model,Kernel density estimation,Dagum Gini coefficient,and spatial panel model.The research results indicate that:first,the overall level of land use carbon emission efficiency in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt is relatively low,showing a trend of“first decreasing and then increasing”.The dynamic evolution of the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt and the three major regions varies,but there is a multipolar trend in all of them;second,the overall regional differences in land use carbon emission efficiency in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt show a trend of“first expanding and then narrowing”,mainly due to excessive density variation.The regional differences show a spatial pattern of“high in the central and western regions,middle in the northern region,and low in the eastern region”,with the most significant differences between the eastern and central western regions;third,there is no significantσconvergence in the ecological economy of the Huai River and the carbon emission efficiency of land use in the three major regions.There are significant absoluteβconvergence and conditionalβconvergence,and the convergence speed is from fast to slow in the northern,eastern,and central western regions.Environmental regulations,urbanization,population density,industrial structure,and green technology progress have a significant impact on the convergence of land use carbon emission efficiency,but there is obvious regional heterogeneity.The above findings provide scientific basis and practical reference for the green transformation of land use and optimization of national spatial layout in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt.
