摘要
当前,数字乡村建设已经成为中国新时代的关键国家战略之一。然而现有研究缺少对县域数字乡村的系统性分析,也未能有效识别影响其空间格局的因素。鉴于此,基于数字乡村研究报告及相关截面数据,利用空间自相关和空间面板计量模型,探究湖南省105个县数字乡村发展水平的空间分异及其驱动因素。研究结果表明:(1)湖南省县域数字乡村发展水平整体适中,呈现出以长株潭地区及周边县市为核心高值区、自东向西递减的趋势。(2)数字乡村发展水平的空间关联性较强,显著高—高区主要分布在长株潭地区及其周边,如长沙市、湘潭市的县域;而显著低—低区主要分布在湘西和湘南地区,如湘西州、怀化市和郴州市的县域。(3)湖南省县域数字乡村发展水平的驱动因素由大到小为:人口规模、产业结构、经济发展水平、移动互联网普及率、固定宽带互联网普及率和财政支出等,这些因素交互作用影响数字乡村的发展建设。通过深化数字乡村的理论研究,为扩展数字乡村驱动因素的研究提供借鉴,同时为政府政策的制定提供参考。
The construction of digital villages has emerged as a key national strategy in China’s new era.However,existing research lacks a systematic analysis of digital villages at the county level and the identification of factors shaping their spatial patterns.To fill this gap,this study utilizes digital villages research reports and cross-sectional data,employing spatial autocorrelation and spatial panel econometric models to examine the spatial differentiation of digital villages development and its driving factors across 105 counties in Hunan province.The findings indicate that:(1)The overall development level of digital villages at the county level in Hunan is moderate,with a high-value core region centered around the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan(CZT)area and its surrounding counties,exhibiting a westward decline in development.(2)The spatial correlation of digital villages development levels is notably robust.Significant high-high clusters are predominantly distributed in the CZT area and its adjacent regions,exemplified by counties within Changsha and Xiangtan cities.Conversely,significant low-low clusters are primarily concentrated in Western and Southern Hunan,including counties of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,Huaihua city,and Chenzhou city.(3)The driving factors that determine the digital villages development level in Hunan province’s counties,where their significance decreases from population size to industrial structure,economic development level,mobile internet penetration rate,fixed broadband internet penetration rate,and fiscal expenditure,interactively influence the development and construction of digital villages through their combined effects.This study aims to advance theoretical research on digital villages,broaden the understanding of their driving factors,and provide valuable insights for the formulation of government policies.
